Ordering a Repossession |
Speedy Repo needs the following documents to repo your vehicle for you:
1. Photocopy of vehicle title
2. Copy of the bill of sale, promissory note or lease agreement
3. Completed Hold Harmless form

Please include any additional documents that you feel may help Speedy Repo locate your skip account. credit applications, reference sheet, copy of drivers license, etc. One of our dispatchers will contact you to discuss your repossession assignment once we receive your repossession assignment.
Cancellation of repossession assignments: We do not accept repossession assignment cancellations via voice mail, fax or email. We only accept repossession assignment cancellations by calling our offices at 
you will be given a cancel number as a receipt that your repossession assignment was cancelled.
Private Party Repossessions |
Speedy-Repo is one of a few nationwide repossession companies licensed and insured to handle private party repossessions. We routinely handle repossessions between family members, divorce disputes, and terminated employees. Private party repossessions are any repossessions that occur without a promissory note, or a lease agreement, or any repossession falling outside of the typical debtor – bank relationship. If other repo companies have told you that they won’t handle your case, please give us a call, we will repo it for you!
Repossessions Over 10 Model Years Old |
Speedy-Repo will skip trace and repossess passenger vehicles that are over 10 model years old for a flat rate of $350, we will attempt to retrieve keys from the debtor after the car is towed away and we will provide you with 10 days free storage. You will be responsible for any storage, impound, tow or repair fees that Speedy Repo forwards on your behalf.
To repossess a vehicle that is over 10 model years old, we require the following documents be faxed to us.
1. Photocopy of the vehicle title
2. Hold Harmless for passenger vehicles over 10 model years old.
