We contract with various local towing companies to provide recovery services in the outlying areas of the state like Blanding, Price, and Vernal do to cover all aspects of the state and the vast distances for recovery of the most remote communities in Utah.

Utah operates under different repossession statutes than many states and we must follow segment processes to achieve a compliance level that is expected by the state of Utah. Utah has repossession laws that are unique to the state when it comes to the repossession of collateral. Utah’s statutory scheme allows the repossession of a property by way of “self-help” repossession and without a court order after the proper notifications have been made. We keep abreast of the recording requirements in Utah because they are different in every county, and one may need to give the rightful owner immediate notice while another county may give a longer window to report.
